The Daily Poll

Poll: Are you going to vote today?

Are you determined to make it to the polling station today – or do you think it doesn’t make a difference?

IT HAS BEEN an intense election campaign and now the day is finally here when Irish citizens can have their say on who forms the next government.

However, not everyone may feel that their vote will make a difference – or even that there is sufficient choice between candidates to make it worthwhile voting.

What we want to know today is: Do you plan to vote?

Poll Results:

Yes, I'm definitely going to vote. (1258)
No, I won't be voting. (91)
Maybe, if I get a chance to get to the polling station. (28)
Yes, I'm going to vote - but I plan to spoil it. (18)
