WE’RE NEARLY THERE. Just over 12 hours to go before Easter Sunday (if you’re really counting the hours).

For many of us – whether religious or not – the traditional six-week Lenten period provides an opportunity to step away from the chocolate boxes, put away those cigarette packs, or pass the bar.

So – did you manage to give anything up? Did you try?

Poll Results:

I didn't pay it any notice. (4224)
So far so good. I've been sticking to my goals. (1479)
I tried. I failed. (915)
Haven't let a pancake pass my lips since 17 Feb. (305)
