Bargains

Poll: Are St Stephen's Day sales worth the hassle?

The crowds have been out since early morning, but is it worth the trip to a shopping centre today?

SO THAT’S ALMOST it for another year, with everyone (mostly) finished their Christmas dinner by now.

For some, though, St Stephen’s Day is the highlight of the year as tills start ringing with people taking advantage of the annual sales.

For sure, there will be bargains to be had as shops slash prices on things they couldn’t get out the door before Christmas. But is it worth the hassle of milling through the crowds at a time of year when many of us can enjoy a well-earned break?

We’re asking you: Are St Stephen’s Day sales worth the hassle?
