IT’S NOW JUST seven days until polling day.
With the Áras race nearly at the finish line, voters across the country are weighing up their options for who should become the next President of Ireland.
The latest Irish Times/Ipsos B&A opinion poll shows Catherine Connolly holding a strong lead over Heather Humphreys in the bid for the presidency.
However, it also indicated that a number of voters are still on the fence. Several undecided voters told The Journal that they’re still unsure who to back or whether to vote at all.
There’s still time to make up your mind. With more campaigning and debates taking place before next Friday, the final week could make all the difference.
