A Dublin office building has sold for €242 million in Ireland’s largest office investment

One Spencer Dock has been sold to AGC Equity Partners Limited for €242 million, making it the largest office investment in Ireland.

Apple’s massive new Galway data centre has been approved 

An Bord Pleanála has approved the plans for a new €850 million data centre near Athenry, Co Galway. The data centre is one of the company’s first sites outside the US.
