Luas Green line reopens while Bus Éireann services resume on phased basis
Dublin Airport is operational today but passengers are advised to contact their airline for the latest flight information.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES are gradually resuming after Storm Debi disrupted buses, trains, flights and ferry services today.
Status red weather warnings affecting many counties have expired and no other warnings are currently in place.
Dublin Bus services have resumed, but with some delays.

The Luas Green Line has reopened completely, after a fallen tree disrupted the line from St Stephen’s Green to Balally all morning.
The wider Luas service is operating normally.
Bus Éireann services in the east and north-east are returning on a phased basis throughout the day. More information about specific routes can be found by calling 0818 836 611.
Irish Rail has lifted a speed restriction of 80kph which was in place across the entire rail network. However, some DART services are still experiencing delays of up to 20 minutes.
Some services will run in a reduced capacity tomorrow. These include:
- 06:47 Portlaoise/Limerick
- 13:25 Heuston/Galway
- 17:20 Galway/Heuston
- 20:15 Heuston/Carlow
- 21:36 Carlow/Heuston
- 23:10 Heuston/Kildare

Dublin Airport is operational this morning but a number of flights have been cancelled.
As of 6am, four incoming and four outgoing flights have been cancelled. The airport said “some disruption is possible” today as a result of the storm.
Passengers are being advised to contact their airline for updates on specific flights.
