QUIZ: How much do you know about having an energy efficient home?

Is your home energy knowledge as good as you think?

WE ALL KNOW to turn off the lights when we leave a room, to not leave the tap running and to keep doors and windows closed when the heating is on, but how else can we improve our home’s energy efficiency?

For older properties, an extensive home energy upgrade can be the solution. Taking a whole-house approach, a home energy upgrade will result in an improved BER, which in turn can reduce bills and make for a more comfortable place to call ‘home’.

The upgrade can include wall and attic insulation, replacing windows and doors, and improving air tightness and ventilation, as well as installing renewable energy technologies in the home, with multiple grants available to support these works.

So, how much do you know about having an energy efficient home? Take our quiz below to find out.
