Did you see this stolen car in Dublin last week? It was used in a gangland killing
The Audi A1 was used by the gunmen who carried out last Thursday’s gun murder in Drumcondra, north Dublin.

GARDAÍ INVESTIGATING THE gangland-related killing of Paul Kavanagh in Drumcondra, north Dublin, on Thursday of last week have issued an appeal for information about the car that was used by the gunmen.
The 27-year-old – who had convictions for minor offences only, but was suspected of involvement in the drug trade – was shot dead outside his home on Church Road in the suburb at around 11.30am on 26 March.
He was rammed by an Audi A1 car, before two gunmen got out of the vehicle and fired several shots. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
In an appeal this afternoon, gardaí said the car – which has a 142-D-4628 registration – was stolen in the Dublin area on 11 March.
They’re asking for anyone who saw it in the two weeks before the shooting to get in contact.
In particular, they want to hear from anyone who might have seen it in the Drumcondra area on the morning of the attack.
The assailants crashed the car nearby in the aftermath of the shooting, and made off from the area on foot – in the direction of Tolka Park.
