Oof! Snickers sent this burn of a tweet to Jeremy Clarkson

They didn’t miss a marketing opportunity, eh?

SNICKERS ARE NUTS about spotting a promotional opportunity when they see one.

*insert clapping hands emoji*

Earlier this week, Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson was suspended from the popular motoring show after a ‘fracas’ with an Irish producer.

The incident was allegedly over the catering options, and there were some harsh words said to have been exchanged about a cold meat platter.

Here’s Snickers UK’s response to the whole thing (which, in case you didn’t know, is inspired by its latest ad campaign):

We’ve seen some doctored images of a reply from Clarkson floating around, but he doesn’t actually appear to have responded to the tweet.

What do you think of the tweet?

Poll Results:

It's braziliant (8875)
That's nuts (974)
I cashewn't believe it (443)
