Sometimes it snows in April - and here are some photos from Kerry to prove it

WE DUST DOWN our old Prince albums around this time every year at

‘Sometimes it Snows in April,’ the mononymous star once sang (we’d link to the track – but sure you know what he’s like about that sort of thing)… Anyway, we’re getting bogged down in trying to be clever: all you need to know is that it was snowing today in Kerry.

This group braved a shower at Moll’s Gap, on the road between Kenmare and Killarney

It was sticking – at least on higher ground…

There were plenty of ominous clouds around…
