Thousands of homes, farms, and businesses are without power this morning.

WHILE WEATHER WARNINGS have been lifted, thousands of people are without power this morning in the aftermath of Storm Bram.

Some 54,000 were without power at the peak of the outages yesterday, with that figure now standing at 8,000.

Storm Bram caused widespread disruption throughout the day, with numerous events cancelled, many schools either closed or closing early and Dublin Airport flights also affected.
