Video: The weather forecast is brutal. Spare 2 minutes to bask in some Irish summer sunshine?

It’s going to rain all day in some areas — so let’s all take a break and bask in summer’s reflected gloriousness.

THE WEATHER FORECAST for today is, frankly, awful.

Met Éireann issued a rainfall alert for the east of the country yesterday — with heavy and persistent rain expected into tonight.

Elsewhere in the country… Well, it’s November — so what do you expect? Essentially, if it makes it past ten degrees in your area, you’re doing well.

So as we begin another middle-of-the-road winter’s day, let’s all take a minute and 54 seconds to enjoy this slickly-produced blast of sunshine from the folks at Hedgehogs vs Foxes.

Covering a ‘day in Dublin’ at the height of the summer, it’s bound to make you feel a little warmer inside.

That said, it is perhaps, a little heavy on the lens flare. JJ Abrams would be proud.
