GETTING INTO THE property market can be a daunting experience. Here we make it easier and bring you four of the best properties on the market around the country this week.
Under €250,000
Gorey, Co Wexford – €250,000
This new build in Co Wexford offer potential buyers excellent energy efficiency and should be easy to heat. The home would be well suited to a growing family with four bedrooms and more than 1,400 sq. ft. of floor space.
A big selling point is its location, being just a short walk from the Gorey shopping centre, train station and a number of other amenities.
