A murder investigation begins when Garda Conall Ó Súilleabháin’s missing mother is discovered buried on a bog. Conall is forbidden from working the case but that’s not going to stop him. Capaillíní

TG4 / YouTube

We loved this documentary series which is just out now. It follows the enigmatic Conamara Pony. Always surviving on the mountains and by the seashore, they have been shaped by that same harsh, rural terrain. For centuries, many families in Conamara relied on this work-pony for survival. Today, the Conamara Pony is one of the most well-loved and sought-after animals in the world. Across four episodes, we delve into the world of breeders, riders, buyers and sellers to find out why exactly this Irish pony is so revered.

Téacs Taistil

TG4 / YouTube

The third series of this amazing show is available to watch now. Téacs Taistil transports us from our couches to a different destination each week, for a funny, inspirational and entertaining 52-minute escape. Our three presenters Louise Cantillon, Séaghan Ó Súilleabháin and Proinsias Ó Coinn have proven to be the perfect fit for this entertaining travel show.

Cumasc: Seisiúin sa Black Gate

A soulful, 12-part series of musical performance and conversation. Musicians – old and new – come together in collaboration and celebration resulting in captivating performances and stunning new music. Sing along with John Francis Flynn, Niamh Regan and many others.

Sloinne

New series of Sloinne, an exciting documentary series in which a person goes in search of the history of their surname in each episode. Travel all over the country learning about famous and historical figures as well as the clans which shaped the history of Ireland. Track down your roots. If you are a Mac Gearailt/Fitzgerald, an Ó Briain/O’Brien, if you answer to Ó Néill/O’Neill, De Paor/Power, or hail from the Ó Loingsigh/Lynch and Ó Gallachóir/Gallagher clans then the second season is for you.
