CO KILDARE HAS always been a popular option for buyers who want more room to manoeuvre but don’t want to lose their connection with the capital.
One of the newest developments to pique the interests of house hunters is The Bawnogues in Kilcock, a collection of two, three and four-bed houses that’s made up of four property types of all sizes. The estate is located in the area of Boycetown, which is just a short walk from Kilcock town.
At the moment, the three and four-bed homes are on the market with prices starting from €405,00 for a three-bed terrace and from €475,000 for an end of terrace four-bed. The show houses are tastefully designed inside and present a great example of how versatile these family homes are.
Energy efficiency may be a big draw for anyone considering one of these homes. Each one is A-rated and has air to water central heating.
The neutral finishes on the walls and flooring provide an ideal backdrop for people to introduce their own furniture and finishes to make these homes their own.
In terms of weekend activities, Co Kildare may be landlocked but water sports is possible – namely canoeing or boat trips on the Royal Canal. Dublin city is less than an hour away by train or car, which is very handy, but Kilcock town has plenty close-by for office workers who may prefer to work from home while staying social.
Prices for homes at The Bawnogues, Kilcock, Co Kildare start from €405,000 through Coonan Property.
