The Loom features 166 stylish bedrooms and numerous common spaces, both indoors and outdoors. These include a state-of-the-art gym, a cinema and rooftop terraces with views across Dublin city. There are study snugs on each floor, designed to provide students a quiet place to work.

Throughout the year, aparto hosts an experience and wellbeing programme in the common areas, with events including cook alongs, interior styling sessions and HIIT workouts, making it easy to meet new people and make friends.

There are three styles of room available; Bronze, Silver and Gold, each with a private en suite bathroom. Each bedroom is fully furnished and includes a 4ft double bed, a desk and study area, and plenty of storage space, while the kitchen and living areas are shared between the six to eight other students in your apartment.

Speedy WiFi, bills and content insurance are included in your rent, which starts at €240 per week, depending on room type and contract length. There are laundry services on-site, as well as an expert friendly team, 24 hour CCTV and ample bicycle storage.

Making your move as easy as possible, aparto offers up to two weeks free rent if you need to move in early. And, if your plans change, there’s free cancellation on all 2021-2022 bookings until July 31 (T&Cs apply).

The Loom’s central location means it’s within walking distance of a number of colleges, including TU Dublin Aungier Street, Trinity College, NCAD, RCSI, BIMM and Griffith College. If you need to go further afield, there’s no shortage of public transport services to avail of.
