CANADIAN SUPERSTAR ARTIST The Weeknd is to play Croke Park next year as part of a world tour.
The venue has published plans for the gig which will take place on Saturday 22 August.
Fans can expect to pay prices ranging from €60.85 to an extremely eye-watering €690, subject to Ticketmaster charges.
They will first be available for the Europe and UK dates via an artist presale beginning next Tuesday, September 9 at 12pm, followed by a Mastercard presale in select markets at 2pm.
A further presale will take place next Thursday 11 September at 12pm. Additional presales will run ahead of the general onsale beginning Friday 12 September at 12pm local time through Ticketmaster.
It’s an extension of a 2022 tour by the singer – whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye – called After Hours Til Dawn. Ut will visit Europe, Mexico and Brazil, as well as Dublin.
Best known for the likes of Blinding Lights, Can’t Feel My Face and I Feel It Coming, the 35-year-old previously performed at the Super Bowl’s half-time show in 2021.
