Poll: Do you put on weight when you go on holidays?

Let’s be honest now.

RESEARCH HAS FOUND that a week’s holiday can leave adults with weight that can hang around for six weeks.

The study found that 61% of the participants gained weight while on vacation.

There was a large variation with people gaining from less than one pound up to seven pounds, while some people even lost weight.

So today we’re asking, do you put on weight on your holidays?
