10 times Ed Sheeran proved he is the soundest person alive

Seriously, Ed. You’re making us look bad.

NOT ONLY IS Ed Sheeran an incredibly successful and super talented musician, he is also super sound.

So sound that he makes the rest of us look bad.

Don’t believe us?

1. When he surprised this couple by singing at their wedding

And told them to “make lots of babies”.

2. When he spotted a couple in the crowd and invited them on stage, so the man could propose

Even he got a little something in his eye…

3. When he literally adopted a kitten and named him Graham

LOOK AT GRAHAM’S LITTLE EYES!

4. When he surprised a fan who was singing his song in a shopping centre by joining her for a duet

Ed, you’re killing us.

6. All the times he bigged up his Mam’s jewellery business

And proved he was a model son.

7. When he delivered an inspiring speech aimed at children who struggle with stuttering

Embrace your weirdness. From a stuttering point of view, don’t treat it as an issue. Work through it and get the treatment you want to get, but don’t ever see it as a plight on your life. Carry on pushing forward.

While referencing his adorably geeky past…

I was a very, very weird child. I had a port-wine stain birthmark on my face that I got lasered off when I was very young; one day, they forgot to put the anesthetic on, and ever since then, I had a stutter.
I also had very big, blue NHS glasses — NHS is the National Health Service, one day I hope you’ll have the same! And I lacked an eardrum on one side of my ear, so stuttering was actually the least of my problems!

8. When he raised £40,000 for street sex workers

Sheeran performed in Bristol to raise money for the charity One25 after a woman helped by the charity got in touch with Sheeran.

As he told the BBC at the time:

There’s a lot more popular charities that get a lot of attention. And with certain subjects like this they’re often washed over and people don’t necessarily give them the attention they deserve.

9. When he dedicated a song to Tríona Priestley after she tragically passed away

During his Vicar Street gig last year, Sheeran dedicated the song Little Bird to Priestley after she passed away from cystic fibrosis.

10. And who could forget when he surprised this little girl on The Toy Show?

Her face! That hug!

Just make Ed a saint already.
