That, to me, would be an ideal solution, anyone who’s implicated in war crimes, be it firing rockets, targeting civilians, white phosphorous or collective punishment, whether giving orders or carrying them out, should be made to answer before the ICC, and new leadership take office, in the knowledge that their position depends upon their adherence with international law.

Hamas leaders will no doubt be killed by Israel and the US without trial, even their moderate leaders.
