Murdered vet Catherine Gowing to be laid to rest in Offaly

The 37-year-old veterinarian went missing from her home in north Wales last October.

VETERINARIAN CATHERINE GOWING who went missing in north Wales last October will be laid to rest in her native Offaly today.

Funeral mass will be held at St Flannan’s Church in Kinnitty at noon.

Gowing, 37, last seen at a supermarket in near her home after she left work on 12 October.

Her remains were later discovered at two separate sites in Wales.

Clive Sharp, 46, from Gwynedd has been charged with her murder and is due in court again this month.
