ONE MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED with criminal damage after a three-hour stand-off in a Cork takeaway last night, during which a man threatened to set the building on fire. Kiyasettin Gungor, 44, from Turkey, was released on bail to appear again in court on 7 October, RTÉ reports.
