Man dies after falling off tractor in County Kerry

The 57-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

A MAN HAS been killed in a fatal road traffic collision in County Kerry.

Gardaí are investigating the collision, which occurred at approximately 7pm last night at Gortatlea, Mastergeehy, Killarney, County Kerry.

The passenger of an agricultural tractor was fatally injured when he fell from the vehicle.

The 57-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The body of the deceased has been removed to Kerry General Hospital where a post mortem examination will be carried out.

Witnesses are asked to contact the Gardai at Caherciveen Garda Station at 066-9473600, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
