Two men arrested in connection with Anthony Fallon murder

The 46-year-old was found dead in an apartment block in Clonmel last Wednesday morning.

TWO MEN HAVE been arrested in connection with the murder of Anthony Fallon who was found dead in a Clonmel apartment block last Wednesday.

The body of Fallon, 46, was found in the lobby of an apartment block in New Quay in the Co Tipperary town just before 7am last Wednesday morning.

Following a post mortem the investigation was upgraded to a murder inquiry.

Gardaí have said that two men, both in their 40s, were arrested in Clonmel this morning.

They are being held under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act in 1984 at Clonmel Garda Station.
