THREE PEOPLE HAVE been charged with attempted murder and false imprisonment and remanded in custody to appear before Ballymena Magistrate’s court today.
The charges comes after a man found beaten and naked and sealed inside a wheelie bin yesterday.
The man was treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries sustained in the incident which happened in the Sentry Hill area of Ballymena, Co Antrim.
A person out walking a dog found the man and called an ambulance and police.
Those charged are two 26-year-old men and a 20-year-old woman. Another person has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
