Get The Look: 6 budget buys to help you recreate this vintage-inspired bathroom

Aisling Nugent mixed high street pieces with car boot sale finds. Here’s how to get her look.

Each week, we take an Insta-worthy room in Ireland and show you how you can get the look yourself with high street buys.

This week, Aisling Nugent’s (@vintagehillcork) rustic bathroom was our inspiration.

“As our house was a new build, our goal throughout was to create an interior that had warmth, character and plenty of stories to tell,” says Aisling. “A free-standing bath was always high on my wish list to bring a hint of old-world charm and luxury to the room, but it has since proven very practical with three small kids.”

“The bathroom was one of the first rooms we decorated when we first moved in almost eight years ago. We haven’t done anything to it since, so a little refresh is definitely on the cards at some point. Nothing structural, but perhaps some bolder colour choices on the walls/panelling and possibly the bath itself,” she says.

Primark, Aldi and car boot sales were Aisling’s main port of call when fitting out this room. Below are six high-street products that’ll help you get this look in your own home…

1. Vintage-inspired print, €21, Fy
