Garda appeal after armed robbery at hotel in Dublin's north inner city

The incident happened at around 4.20pm yesterday afternoon.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for witnesses following an armed robbery in Dublin’s north inner city. 

The incident happened at the hotel on Sheriff Street, Dublin 1 at around 4.20pm yesterday afternoon.

A man who entered the premises threatened staff and stole a sum of cash before fleeing. There were no injuries reported.

Gardaí said investigations into the matter are ongoing. 

They are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time or anyone with information about the incident to contact them at Store Street Garda Station on (01) 6668000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or at any Garda Station.
