This week, we’re looking at properties in and around Galway city with an asking price of exactly €475,000 – from a 20-minute walk away to a 15-minute drive away.
Taylor’s Hill, Galway city – €475,000
Located a 20-minute stroll from Galway city, 1 Mount Eaton is a four-bed detached residence that’s within walking distance of a number of schools. The ground floor enjoys a spacious layout with a large living area, where double doors open to the kitchen and dining room. In here, there’s plenty of storage space and a breakfast bar.
