4 of a kind: Eco-conscious homes with energy-saving solar panels

THANKS TO THEIR energy-saving and bill-reducing powers, solar panels continue to be a popular feature among house-hunters.
This week, we’re looking at homes around the country that come fitted with solar panels – from a four-bed in Co Waterford to a six-bed in Co Tipperary.
Tramore, Co Waterford – €385,000
Sitting on a one acre site, this four-bed property comes to the market in turn-key condition. It features a bright and spacious interior with large living spaces, timber flooring and countryside views throughout. The country-style kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with attractive tiled flooring.
There are four bedrooms, with a walk-in wardrobe from the master bedroom. Solar panels provide an energy-efficient mode of heating water.
