Interior designer Gráinne Gillet has built an Instagram following of 235,000 users thanks to the renovation of her Victorian cottage in Dublin. But Gráinne’s advice goes well beyond Victorian cottages.
She puts together videos on her picks from the latest IKEA lines, takes you through her flea market finds, all while sharing in-depth technical videos on how to approach interior design jobs — such as painting the front door, giving your furniture a DIY makeover, and how to curate a gallery on your walls.

Shay Lally’s popular Instagram account, now with 67,000 followers, is all about fixer-uppers and renovating your home. Shay’s account features photos of a range of different houses, complete with suggestions from Lally himself on how best to approach doing them up. He recommends types of interior textures and colour schemes, with lots of visual inspiration also.
The best news is that Lally has compiled a ‘Highlight’ of all his interior design ideas, meaning you have a back catalogue of dozens of interior design suggestions to scroll through.

Whether learning how to harness the power of your home’s natural light, the decorative importance of plant life, or insights into how to create a beautiful and luxurious ambience in your home, the videos produced by Geri Designs are a must-watch.
Not only that, but Geri offers more detailed design information on her YouTube channel, as well as offering design courses.
