What’s your stout of choice: Beamish, Guinness or Murphys?

Stouts, including the three popular Irish brands, are enjoying a resurgence among younger drinkers.

YESTERDAY, SOPHIE FINN took a look at the growing trendiness of Beamish, a stout which seems to be having something of a ‘moment’.

Fans of the drink told The Journal that the Cork-born stout is loved for its creamy taste, local heritage, and affordability.

Its popularity mirrors a broader trend: more young people in their 20s and 30s are discovering stouts, seeking alternatives to mainstream beers.

So today we’re asking you: What’s your stout of choice: Beamish, Guinness or Murphys?

Poll Results:

Guinness (5706)
I don't drink stout (1449)
Beamish (1352)
Murphy's (1327)
Another stout not mentioned in this list (164)
