The Taoiseach apologised this evening over his poor performance during a morning radio interview on Tuesday – but just hours later one of his own party used Twitter to publicly criticise him.

Cowen’s got questions to ans however majority of twitterland is hysterical and pathologicaly negative.Now i await hysterical reaction!

Andrews hasn’t offered any more clarity regarding the “questions” that he believes Cowen should answer, except for cryptically tweeting “UPpp” half an hour later.
