THERE IS “EXCEPTIONALLY cold” weather on the way for the next week, Met Éireann says.

For most people, that is bad news. The cold weather means sniffly noses, wrapping up in layers and being somewhat miserable.

But for some the cold weather is heaven. They actually enjoy being freezing.
