Price Comparison: What can I buy in Cork for under €560K?
From a two-bed in Rochestown to a five-bed in Glanmire.
THIS WEEK WE’RE scouring the rebel county to find out what €560,000, max, will get us in the current climate.
It’s easy to get carried away when it comes to house hunting, but budgeting is more important than ever. If you’re looking to buy in Cork, let us do some of the work for you with these top picks.
Two-bed, detached, Rochestown – €520,000
Loughmahon View is located on .3 acres and, as you can tell by the name, looks over Lough Mahon which is just a five minute drive from Douglas. Surrounded by gardens and accessed through electric gates, this is a spacious family home that’s close to the city. Inside comprises a hall that leads to a large living room and into a cosy study.
