Man due in court charged with dissident republican activity
A 30-year-old man will appear in court in Dublin this evening charged in relation to dissident republican activity.
A 30-year-old man is expected to appear before a sitting of the Special Criminal Court in Dublin this evening charged in relation to dissident republican activity.
Gardaí arrested the man in the Tallaght area of Dublin following the search of a house on Wednesday afternoon.
During the search the component parts of a handgun were recovered.
He was arrested under Section 30 Offences against the State Act.
