Man in serious condition after Donegal road crash

The crash occurred this morning on Kerrykeel’s Main Street in Co Donegal.

A MAN IS understood to be in serious condition following a two-vehicle road crash in Co Donegal this morning.

The crash occurred this morning on Kerrykeel’s Main Street in Co Donegal. Gardaí responded to the collision shortly after 10:45am.

The seriously injured man, aged in his 40s, was driving one of the two cars involved in the crash. He was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital. His passenger, a female in her late teens, did not require immediate hospital treatment.

The driver of the other car, a woman aged in her 70s, was also taken to hospital for assessment.

The scene has been preserved for examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and traffic diversions remain in place.

Gardaí are urging anyone who witnessed the collision or has relevant camera footage, including dash cam, from the area at the time to come forward and contact Milford Garda station.
