Fruity and Delicious Taoiseach with Strawberries of the Day

TAOISEACH ENDA KENNY was celebrating the official start of Ireland’s strawberry season in Stamullen, Co Meath today.
Along with junior minister Shane McEntee and celebrity chef Nevin Maguire, Kenny was on hand to sample some of Ireland’s finest strawberries at Pat Clarke’s strawberry farm.
He’ll be hoping to ‘preserve’ the Yes side’s lead in the current polls ahead of the Fiscal Compact referendum in less than fortnight. The Taoiseach will also no doubt be hoping the campaign doesn’t hit a ‘jam’ in the days left.
