THE DUBLIN MAN charged with the 2012 murder of childcare assistant Elaine O’Hara is due to stand trial in April of next year.
41-year-old Graham Dwyer of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, is accused of killing the 36-year-old Killiney woman on 22 August 2012.
Her remains were discovered at Kilakee in the Dublin mountains above Rathfarnham in September last year by a woman out walking her dog.
Dwyer’s trial has been listed to go ahead at the Central Criminal Court on 13 April 2015.
