236 SEAPARK MAY be a short drive from Dublin airport, but you’d wonder if there was any need to go on holiday at all.

A large four-bed that dates to the early ‘70s but has been kept in mint condition, 236 Seapark doesn’t just offer great sea views, it also has its own putting green and a high-end barbeque area that even has its own kitchen that’s ideal for summer entertaining.

Spread over 231 m², the house makes the most of the coastal views that stretch from Malahide Marina and Estuary, across The Island golf course, to Lambay Island.

The orientation is well-thought-out and faces south, so the rooms are filled with natural light and the windows frame the great sea views.

Split-level in design, the rooms are spread over three floors. The foyer, entered from the front door, links to the living room, bespoke Siematic hand painted kitchen and then a dining room.

Three of the bedrooms, one with access to the garden, also reside on this floor. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes.

The floor below is home to another double bedroom with its own bathroom and even private access, making it ideal for guests.

There is also a large garage room on this level for more storage.

The upper level of this home is connected via a unique, handcrafted mahogany staircase. Here are a series of attic spaces with even better sea views and plenty of space for extra bedrooms, a home office or a den.

In terms of location, anyone looking north of Dublin may not need the lowdown on Malahide. A coastal town that’s under 20 km from Dublins centre, the area offers everything from bars and restaurants to schools, shops and sporting facilities – all with the added benefit of the DART and a great connection to the city.

This luxury home will no doubt see friends coming to see you for their holidays. The house sits on a quarter of an acre, which is a manageable amount but still offers great privacy and plenty of room to entertain and soak up the sunshine.

236 Seapark, Malahide, Co Dublin is on the market for €1,525,000 through Hooke & McDonald.
