Price Comparison: What can I buy in Limerick for under €380k?
From a four bed detached in Kildimo to a two-bed townhouse in the city.
GETTING YOUR HEAD around the fluctuating property market can be confusing, but we’re here to make things a little easier.
Each week, we’ll pick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you a a better idea of where things are at at any given time.
This week, we’re looking at properties that are on the market in Limerick – from a four bed detached in Kildimo to a two-bed townhouse in the city.
Four-bed, detached, Kildimo – €380,000
Cloongownagh is a house that sits on half an acre along the Adare to Kildimo Road. A 144 m² four-bed, the rooms inside comprise a hallway that leads to the open plan kitchen and living area that has a triple aspect and so, lots of natural light.
