Each week we round up a selection of homes currently on the market in Ireland around the same price point, giving you a snapshot of what a particular amount could get you.
This week, we’re looking at properties around the country with an asking price of exactly €500,000 – from a Tipperary fixer-upper to a Kildare home with a stone facade.
Castleknock, Dublin 15 – €500,000
For €500,000, you could pick up a four-bedroom, three-bathroom detached home in Castleknock. 12 Mulberry Crescent has over 1300 square feet of space, and is bright throughout thanks to bay windows on the ground and first floors. Clonmel, Co Tipperary – €500,000
