GETTING TO GRIPS with a fast-changing property market is tricky, but we’re here to make things simpler.
Each week, we’ll handpick four homes within a similar budget, to give you a snapshot of the property landscape at a particular price point.
This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Louth with an asking price of exactly €275,000 – from a two-bed apartment to a four-bed detached bungalow.
Located in Dromiskin village, Aarzu is a four-bed detached bungalow with a garage to the side. The property features a manicured garden to the front and a newly-laid driveway, with a spacious lawn to the rear. Inside, there are two storeys. The kitchen features ample storage space and multiple units, as well as a utility room to the side.

Positioned close to the Louth-Armagh border, this four-bed detached property enjoys stunning mountain views. Built in 2002, the accommodation is light-filled and spacious, with a living/kitchen area acting as the hub of the home. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with the remaining three on the first floor.
The master bedroom features a modern en-suite bathroom, while the family bathroom boasts a free-standing bath. The property enjoys easy access to both Newry (15 minutes away) and Dundalk (20 minutes away), while the journey to Dublin should take about an hour and 10 minutes.
