What can I get in Co Louth... for exactly €275,000?

Including a two-bed apartment and a four-bed bungalow.

Each week, we’ll handpick four homes within a similar budget, to give you a snapshot of the property landscape at a particular price point.

This week, we’re looking at properties in Co Louth with an asking price of exactly €275,000 – from a two-bed apartment to a four-bed detached bungalow. 

Dundalk, Co Louth – €275,000

Located in Dromiskin village, Aarzu is a four-bed detached bungalow with a garage to the side. The property features a manicured garden to the front and a newly-laid driveway, with a spacious lawn to the rear. Inside, there are two storeys. The kitchen features ample storage space and multiple units, as well as a utility room to the side.

There’s one bedroom on the ground floor, which could also be used as a study or home office, while a sun room to the rear overlooks the beautiful gardens. The property is a five-minute drive from Dundalk town, while Dublin city is one hour’s drive away thanks to the nearby M1 motorway.

Positioned close to the Louth-Armagh border, this four-bed detached property enjoys stunning mountain views. Built in 2002, the accommodation is light-filled and spacious, with a living/kitchen area acting as the hub of the home. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with the remaining three on the first floor.
