4 of a kind: Energy efficient family homes on the market now
If sustainability is on your new-home checklist, these properties might tick that box.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY IS on everyone’s minds these days. From small changes like using a reusable coffee cup, to larger-scale changes like opting for solar panelling in your home.
This week, we’re featuring four properties that all get A ratings for energy, which means you’ll use less energy to heat your home, and you’ll spend less money to heat it as well. It’s a win-win, and becoming more common – and more desirable.
From north county Dublin to county Westmeath, here are four energy superstars.
The Ward, Co Dublin – €750,000
A-energy ratings are usually easiest to come by in new homes, and that’s the case in this four-bedroom, four-bathroom detached home, one of two remaining in the new An Pairc Wotton estate.
