4 of a Kind: Homes across the country with electric gate access

From Kilkenny to Galway, take your pick.

ELECTRIC GATES CAN add peace of mind when it comes to our family’s safety, whether we live in a city or countryside location.

If an electric gate is a feature on your must-have list, then this week we’ve found four great homes across the country that have them installed already.

That’s one less thing for the to-do list.

Tramore, Co Waterford – Price on Application

2 Newtown Woods or Beechbrooke House, is a large four-bed home near the town of Tramore. Almost twenty years old, it stands on one acre and is surrounded by landscaped grounds, behind electric gates. Filled with light and with a great flow, the rooms inside comprise an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room which was redone in 2020. The ground floor is also home to a lounge and a study and a separate dining room.

Two of the bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms and the attic is floored and can be accessed via a folding staircase. There is also a garage on the site for plenty more storage space and renovation potential as well as some other outhouses that are wired for electricity and have running water.
