What can I get around Ireland... for exactly €450,000?

Each week we round up a selection of homes currently on the market in Ireland around the same price point, giving you a snapshot of what a particular amount could get you.

This week, our budget is exactly €450,000. From a detached home with a lovely patio in Clare, to a fixer-upper on the sea in Cork, here’s a selection of homes in that price range. 

Ennis, Co Clare – €450,000

Bandon, West Cork – €450,000

What does €450,000 get you in West Cork? It gets you this absolutely incredible view, thirty acres of farmland, and a five-bedroom property ready for your renovation ideas. If you’ve ever entertained the idea of heading back to the land, this is your chance.
