Price comparison: What will €325,000 buy me around Galway?

From a city two-bed to a home with stables in Mountbellew.

GETTING TO GRIPS with a fast-changing property market is tricky, but we’re here to make things simpler.

Each week, we’ll handpick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you a snapshot of the property landscape at a particular price point.

This week, we’re looking at properties around Co Galway with an asking price of exactly €325,000 – from a two-bed in the heart of Galway city to a five-bed with equestrian facilities in Mountbellew.

Tuam, Co Galway  

Built in 2005, this four-bed property has a light-filled interior with several living areas. It features a sunroom, a sitting room, a family room and a reading nook in the hallway. Mountbellew, Co. Galway
