GETTING TO GRIPS with a fast-changing property market is tricky, but we’re here to make things simpler.
Each week, we handpick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you a snapshot of the property landscape at a particular price point.
This week, we’re looking at properties around Kildare with an asking price of exactly €325,000, including a four-bed with a large garden and a three-bed bungalow.
A four-bed property, 12 Courtown Park is an ideal family home. It is well-maintained throughout, but could benefit from some modernisation in parts. The accommodation comprises a hallway, living room, kitchen/dining room, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Most impressively, there’s a 165ft-long south-facing garden to the rear.
Coming to the market in turnkey condition, 23 Maple Lawns is a highly attractive property. Features include solid oak flooring, built-in wardrobes and a new condensing boiler. French doors open from the living room to the rear garden, where there’s a decking area and neat lawn. Naas town centre is a five-minute drive away.
Located on a site of 0.5 acres, this three-bed bungalow is ready for immediate occupation. It benefits from an extension which was added in 2010, making for a highly impressive living area with a wood-burning stove, a pine panelled ceiling and French doors to the beautiful garden with a lawn, patio areas and a wood-framed gazebo. Allenwood village is a five-minute walk away.
