Price comparison: What will €375,000 buy me around Wicklow?

This week, we’re looking at properties around Co Wicklow with an asking price of exactly €375,000 – from a two-bed in Delgany to a stone-built cottage by a river in Aughrim.

Ashford, Co Wicklow – €375,000

A four-bed property, 16 Rossana Close is an ideal family home. There are two primary schools within a five-minute drive, with further options in the nearby village of Rathnew. Wicklow town is a 15-minute drive away, while the M50 can be reached via the M11 in 25 minutes.

Aughrim, Co Wicklow – €375,000
