Here’s how the Twittersphere saw part two of the budget announcement…

DAY TWO OF Budget 2012 and the worst is over as Minister for Finance Michael Noonan delivered the news of tax measures that it is hoped will raise €1.6 billion next year.

Twitter was once again been all a flutter as Noonan delivered his speech with one TD even tweeting elements of the announcement while inside the chamber before the Minister even had a chance to announce them himself.
