ON INSTAGRAM SHE is known as ‘ZombieFaceSarah’, yet Sarah Cunningham’s illustrations are anything but zombie-like.
Bursting with colour, the Dublin-based illustrator’s creations, which are hand-drawn using fine line pens and marker, are instantly uplifting.
Sarah, who has a “passion for patterns, the environment and spreading positivity”, uses her artwork as a medium to cover a range of topics, including environmentalism, feminism, veganism and self care.
“I’ve been drawing all my life,” Sarah told TheJournal.ie. “It’s how I process the world around me.”
Through sharing her work on Instagram, Sarah has amassed a following of over 11,000, while her illustrations are available for purchase on Etsy.
